Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During festive seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery Timeline

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
• Tier-2 cities: 5–7 business days
• Other areas: 7–10 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders within India. International shipping is currently not available.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real-time.

Packaging

Every Astra product is packaged in a premium velvet box with branded wrapping. We believe the unboxing experience should feel as legendary as the jewelry itself.

Undelivered Orders

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, our courier partner will make up to 2 additional attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
