Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and certificates are intact
  • The product is free from any damage, scratches, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (engraved or made-to-order pieces)
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size-related issues within 7 days of delivery. If you received the wrong product or a defective item, we will arrange a free exchange or full refund at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  • Email us at support@astra.com with your Order ID and reason for return
  • Our team will review your request within 24 hours
  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. For UPI and card payments, the refund will reflect in your account within 5–7 business days. For net banking, it may take up to 10 business days.
